So, as I said in my post of a week or so ago, my parents are selling the lake house because they are in deep, deep financial trouble. It is serious house.

To sell this house, they need a competent real estate agent. Someone who can handle a serious property like this and listen to my parents' ideas and work with them.

Does anyone have any advice on finding competent sellers? I'm lost here; I know nothing about this area. I will be colossally upset if, on top of all their other troubles, my parents use less than the best they can reasonably get their hands on. They really need the money from selling this house — which they never planned to sell. They planned to retire there. I guess... in practical terms they don't need the house anymore, seeing as they're divorcing, so they can't retire together there anyway. But it was a good dream =\

Well! Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys; I'm sorry I've been terrible lately. I'm trying =)
Seriously. I just thought I'd mention that. Dear Johnny: please do keep deconstructing gender performance norms while skating with power, grace, and expression. PLEASE.
Daily Doodle: What a long week. My back is KILLING me; I'm not generally prone to stress-related muscle tension in my back but DANG. Today it's gotten to the point where taking a deep breath hurts. Jeebus.

And yes. That's a Molotov cocktail she's got.
