i think i've figured something out.

as i try to find out what matters to me and what does not, i think i've concluded that one thing that i DO value is feeling.

which is how i can appreciate depression as something beautiful though it is also ugly. it is a feeling, and a lack of feeling, especially a desire to not have emotion, is something i cannot understand.

it's also why i come to parties, and some of why i do shows - the feeling. it's quite intense during shows, both good and bad, and parties always make me sad, but that is also emotion, and it is beautiful.

happiness is beautiful. love is beautiful. tears are beautiful.

and i am making very little sense.

i just met the bestever fabriclady.

fabric store in fair city mall has the bestever velvet (bestever! SOOOO fuzzy&soft), but it's $12.97 a yard...
girl that works there named Jen but called J sold me 3/8 of a yard of that for the price of 1/4 of a yard... 150% for the price of 100%!

then i saw Atlantis. great movie, no obnoxious songs, very, VERY visually pretty.
