I'm a day late with my weekly colour, cause this week has been 300% ASSFACE. So, whether I wanted to or not, I sat myself down this afternoon/evening after work in my cube to get that shit done. I drew the pose, I slapped down base colours. Then I coloured for two bloody hours and it just was not happening. I gave up. Since I didn't manage to start and finish that drawing in one day, I can't count it as my doodle. So I decided "fuck this", went home, drew a fresh one, and will just finish Lili some other day. Sigh!
Daily Doodle: Hey so. Sly is HOT. Sly is also a raccoon. OH WELL. Carmelita's not bad either, but she is the WORST SHOT IN THE UNIVERSE I'm not even kidding. Anyway, Sly has this totally super smile in one of the official arts, so I tried to steal it (heh). I wanted a fun action pose, but guys, I just don't have the mojo this week. My apologies for repetitive crapitude. Oh well, I still like Sly.
Time: Too damn long? Call it 30 mins, but I don't actually have a clue

Weekly Colour: So I don't know why Lili has been giving em so much more trouble than Raz. This is MOST DEFINITELY A WIP Y'ALLS, WATCH OUT! I hate most everything about it right now. But I think it's got something to it, a decent start if I could just find the energy to fix it up. I couldn't today; this week has just beaten me into the ground. I couldn't do it. I hate posting something so unfinished. But that's kind of too bad! I hate her expression -- she's supposed to look meaner and smugger, and you can barely tell that she's supposed to be doing the psychonauts action pose. Her face/head look downright cadaverous. (My icon for this post on DW? Here's to YOUR FACE, Lili!)
But I think if I could just bring a bit of mojo and a lot of love to a session of working on this, it could become something decent.
Anyway.
