OHHHH I AM LAAAAME.

I didn't have much scanner access on vacation, and so the unscanned doodles built up. Then I got home and the pile scared me so I kept drawing without scanning and wonder of wonders, the pile got bigger! After nearly a month I realized that this was ridiculous and I had to scan SOMETHING or at least let people know I hadn't forgotten!

So!

IT'S A DOODLE MEME UPDATE ZOMG. The meme itself has been updated with when everyone's requests were dont, and I'll try to scan in more or less that order. I also have five doodles here for you today, most of them digital. I'm just about out of requests already, so feel free to request again. I have regular scanner access now so I promise it'll be less retardedly late >.>

Okay, I'm gonna kick this off with the marty that fire_tears requested because it was my first try at realism with the new colouring style I've discovered. I think it's very flawed but pretty good for a doodle! I mean, he's recognizable, right? ;______________;





I am EXTREMELY proud of his nose, and oh my god I think I kind of did skin tones okay! His headphones look like malignant leeches, though. >.> Thanks very much to megalotro for the help in making him not look like a cock-eyed middle aged woman >.>


Okay, and now the Iceburg and Franky for remus_no_miko. I drew another one that's more cuddly and younger, but didn't scan it ;_; I hope you like this one okay, though! I'm sorry the anatomy is a little wonky >.> They're supposed to be on that big plushy couch they've got at Tom's Workers.

Okay, and now the Seifer/Zell surprise I made for bottle_of_shine (Nay), who was complaining about the bastardization of her OTP and the complet euke-fying of Zell. I, uh, haven't played the game, but I tried to have it in character from what I gathered and conform to Nay's kink wishes. I realize Zell is supposed to be way shorter, but I tried to make Seifer bend down. Uh. You just can't tell. If it make you feel better pretend Zell's standing on tiptoe >.> Oh, and first time drawing either of them, hence the not-goodness ;_;





Aaaand now my latest obsession, Avatar: The Last Airbender. I am SERIOSULY in love with this show. Like, really. My lvoe for it rivals my adoration of One Piece. That's SERIOUS BUSINESS!

And so, to celebrate two of the many pairings I love in that show!

First, some OMG HET. Yes! Het! This is Sokka and Yue. For those who's seen the show: OH MY GOD THEY BREAK MY HEART AND YUE IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND SOKKA IS SO SWEET AND AWKWARD AND OH MY GOD I CRIED.

Ahem.

This was drawn with a tablet, so, um, it's not so good. Also I need to learn to draw people kissing. Practice makes perfect, you know XD

This is actually kind of cheating for me, because this wasn't meant to be a daily doodle but is the very very very rough draft for a less sucky and more serious piece I want to do with these two. But I was lazy/tired and didn't draw anything else that day >.>





Aaaand finally my current favourite slashy Avatar couple, Sokka/Zuko! I doodled this while megalotro was teasing me with Constantine caps as she worked on her FANTABULOUS VID OMG GO WATCH IT if you like Constantine and/or great music and/or vids and/or hot implied gheyness. Because that movie had subtext LIKE WHOA. Anyway, the pose was yanked from her placeholder image. You'll recognize it if you watch the video.

Um, anyway. Sketched in pencil, coloured digitally. I coloured this in literally, I'm not kidding, five minutes on my way out the door. So sorry for the sloppiness. I kinda like it, but really, it's very unpolished. Also Sokka looks a bit too old >.>

Okay, what I said about Marty stands: I think it's an EXCELLENT job for a doodle. Totally recognizable and everything. That was on a tablet, right?

I have totally scrolled by One Piece art. I am refraining! I AM, I'M BEING GOOD I swear I will feedback it once I meet the characters.

If you wanted me to squee MORE over the Seifer/Zell art, I totally can, because #1, OTP 4EVA and #2, I really like the characterizations there because Zell maybe easily slides into a submissive role for, hmm, sex? But I think in other cases he would totally manhandle Seifer--it's a different sort of reaction when not straining toward release. *cough* If I haven't mentioned it yet I really really loved how you didn't shy away from his tattoo! It's there and it's accurate because so many people get frustrated with it and make it kind of thiw twiggy line that Seifer might've doodled on his in his sleep or something. But you made it real! This is so awesome. HEARTS FOR THIS ART!

Sokka/Yue = ♥ I especially love that Sokka's eyes are open and they're touching each other's faces and it's totally Avatar OTP love. Oh my god I'm thinking of the SONG. It's making me TEAR UP.

And I still think the Sokka/Zuko art is amazing and works well. So you aged them up a little. It think it would be worse if you aged them down. ;) I love their jawlines (omg hot) and ZUKO. Zuko here is absolutely amazing. No, really--everything about the way he's holding himself and the look and and his HAIR, it all screams, "Dude, I am Prince Zuko, I can pwn you with broadswords but I choose to have HEALING BUTTSECKS with you instead--FEEL LUCKY!"

Okaaay, I think I am done word vomiting at you. ;D
