on an unrelated note, how stupid do people get?
on the way home yesterday, my mother tells me that the cat had his appointment today. they took samples and cut some of the thing that might be a cancer tumor off, and now he has stitches.
i'm supposed to keep him inside and keep him from scratching his stitches for a week, while also letting the other cat go in and out.

today, i wake up, come downstairs, and the back door is flung open, propped by a chair.
the cat isn't in any of the rooms.

and when they come home, the first person they'll get mad at is me, until they bother to remember that they left the doors open.

haven't seen Rhyzzik (the other cat, white nose) in two days, though that's not bad for him. Sherkhan, however, shouldn't be outside at all.

ahwell.

i'm in a rather resigned mood right now anyway.

i think i'll go do my homework.
