i.. feel slightly silly.
today sucked and today rocked.
what can i say? normal day, but the weird thing was me being in an actual good mood at the end of it.
ira? good mood? what?
i... am really Not Used to seeing my name Capitalizéd..
teach me to waltz!
there is something absolutely beautiful about dance. though i usually hate structured dance, something about ballroom dancing is just... really beautiful...
in my humble opinion, i say that the two most beautiful forms of dance to me are waltzes and raving.
glooooow.......
anyone out there freeish this weekend?

waltzwaltzwaltzwaltzwaltz.....
happy? :-)
Ira Ira Ira (ther, you are Capital.) mee kan spel reel wel.
yay waltz!
start with feet closed
place right foot back with gliding motion (it helps to bend knees slightly before foot is planted)
draw left foot back equal distance (also gliding) and place foot so that both feet end up just about shoulder width apart
close feet
place left foot forward with gliding motion
draw right foot forward equal distance (also gliding) and place foot so that both feet end up just about shoulder width apart
close feet
that's a full patter of the basic waltz box step. you can also gradually rotate your body to the right as you step- the majority of your turning motion should be on your forward/back step... and find a guy to dance with (guy's steps are the same but start in the opposite direction, in that he moves toward you as you step back)
yay for waltz, I say again :->
