[Daily Doodle] Fran, of the custom brush experiments

Daily Doodle: Fran! I love her profile; it's so unique, and I love her helm and hair and basically I love the design on Fran's head. (Below the shoulders is a little arguable -- I love her reasonable bust, hate her armour, love her ass, etc.) I tried messing around with some very very basic custom brushes, to see how sketching with them would work (only ever used them for custom colouring before). I used them to shade her a little, soften her hair, and um, do something with her ears. I think it turned out okay! Not sure she's exactly on-model, but I kind of like this one anyway =)
Time: 30 mins, just barely squeezed it into my time limit =D

Oh, wow, awesome! I love the detailing on her headdress/helmet/thing and the texture you got on her ears. I've just been re-playing FF12 with the boy (we just cleared Raithwall's Tomb) and so I've been staring at Fran's profile a lot, and you've done an AWESOME job with it!

Haha, true story: I think the Viera are, uh. Let's say "silly". I don't really find them very hot (they're supposed to be, right?) and in general think they're pretty um. Well. Yeah, they are a silly race. But I like Fran, because (a) she has a personality and I like it and (b) I was "forced" to stare at her ass for most of the game. It grows on you. >.>

I really like: how you captured Fran's nose. She has that little upturned or snub nose or something... I don't know, but it's my favorite part of the pic, how dumb am i XD
