Title: Bee and Butterfly

Notes: A present for bottle_of_shine. I hope you like it! I know you saw this in progress, but here is the finished lineart, finally. I'll be colouring this one for sure, but, uh, I have a backlog of other gift art I gotta do for FFIX participants from ff_100 not to mention various One Piece stuff, so that'll have to wait.

This is fan art of a sort for bottle_of_shine's story, The True Story of the Butterfly and the Bumblebee. Definitely inspired by it, but I'm pretty sure it's not quite true to the scene. I think I'm continuing to improve at tablet lineart and maybe even anatomy but I will never, ever get the hang of fabric. There's problems, as usual, but overall I'm reasonably pleased =)

I love Zell's hair for its crazy, so I'm glad you like how it turned out! And yeah, I'm pretty sure bottle_of_shine has declared me her personal art slave, so it's pretty much a given that there'll be more at some point =)
