do you know what's horrible?

my mother thinks that i am an inconsiderate, selfish person, who never cares about other people and who only does things to convenience herself.
i am not exaggerating. everything i just quoted, she has said to me. multiple times.

but that's not the horrible thing.

the horrible thing is... i almost don't care. at all. it's inconvenient. and that's about as far as it affects how i feel, unless i'm vulnerable at the time. but that's another story.

so i don't care if my mother thinks i'm a bitch. it might even be true. i don't *want* to be a bitch. i don't try to be a bitch.

and i don't give a flying fuck what my parents think. at all.

You know, it's not horrible that you don't care. It's wonderful that you don't care what she says...because she doesn't know a flyin fuck of what she's saying! You are wonderful...if anything, you care more about others than yourself sometimes.

my mother often says close to the same thing...
shes human, she has frusterations just as the rest of us do... she has flaws as all of us do too... im not trying to defend her (not at all actually), but sometimes it helps to look at it from a slightly different perspective...

i do not have parents.

and, though i am horrible, and stupid, and disgusting, there is absolutely no association between those qualities and the people who occasionally claim that they are.
