wow. i seem to be writing a lot. and about the randomest things.

i seem to be seeing show-related things everywhere... more likely, i'm noticing them now, rather than they are just appearing because they feel like it.

today i went to the biggest dollarstore ever. the size of a medium-ish supermarket. pretty big. huge for a dollarstore. and i was just walking around the isles and then suddenly, the radio started playing...

a long long time ago,
i can still remember
how the music used to make me smile...
and i knew if i had my chance
that i could make those people dance
and maybe they'd be happy for a while...

so i started singing along quietly....



and i've discovered that they sell ginseng at the local shoppers store.
nice.

not that i'll ever buy any outside of shows, but nice.

strange how many things i associate with shows.
some of my clearest pictures of people or their faces are glimpses in the dark behind the curtains, near the tormentors, or in the dark corner that was between the props table and the piano box.

strange.
