YES YES YES to handles everywhere in loo cubicles. Thank you SO much: having a hook on the door to put things on is all very well, but a) I really don't want to leave my walking stick there if there aren't handles I can use to support myself, and b) tbh I'd rather have the walking stick hung off a grab-handle than hung off a hook on the door, on bad days.
Also YES YES YES to gender-neutral toilet stalls - can I put in a good word for *not* have the standard adjacent male/female symbols? Good & relatively easy-to-find alternatives are "WC", "Toilet", or a pictogram of a toilet.
Locks on the bathroom stalls: rather than a slider, get the kind that works a bit like this if possible - easy to do if hands are full or otherwise out of commission, or of coordination is not a strong point.
This is a brilliant idea (and those are the two points I feel particularly strongly about, as is probably obvious). :-)
Can I also put in a good word for having a wide range of non-caffeinated and non-alcoholic beverages? Redbush tea plus various herbal teas, for example.
Bars: something I've seen done to accommodate wheelchair users in other places is to have a *section* of the counter that is lowered, has space under it etc. Would a partially-accessible bar like that be workable?

I so hope this works out.
