yeah, definitely would take a lot of research on health codes and whatnot! fwiw, I have seen service animals indoors, for example in a nearby Starbucks, so there is some hope! (I added a note to the post with that example)

the substitutions thing is great for additionally expanding the menu; I have added that to the post. thanks! it's a bummer that the orders could get messed up a lot like that though :(
