Having said that! FFXIII

All the FF fandom reporting on it sounds quite interesting! I'd like to try it.

PROBLEM: complete lack of current-generation consoles. No XBox360, no PS3. No desire to get them! I am not dropping hundreds of bucks on a system where only 2-3 games tempt me and most are available for PC anyway =P (wooo Bioshockkkkk)

Question! Is there anything I can do to get my hands on a system and game long enough to play through? I remember way back when Blockbusters used to rent out consoles themselves along with games! Do they still do that? I mean, this was back when I rented an SNES to play Donkey Kong Country 2 on XD

... actually I don't have an HD TV either, just a CRT. Haha >.>

Any tips? Help appreciated =D

I do not blame you for not wanting to drop money on them! My 360 purchase was a tax return whim a couple of years ago. Fortunately, more RPGs are coming out for it and those are slowly making it worth it. XD

Unfortunately, I have no idea how you can get your hands on a system. I know Blockbuster has their Game Pass but as far as I can tell, that's for games only. :(

Yeah, I am not sure how willing Blockbuster or similar would be to lend me a multiple-hundreds-of-dollars piece of equipment XD I can hope, though! One would think there'd be an industry for such things =|

It only exists on my harddrive these days. There was a mixup with credit cards and domain registrars and something didn't get renewed in time and...yeah. It's gone from the interwebs. It makes me sad and I sometimes think of getting my act together again for that stuff but I never do. >_
