Not enough stories about the first pilgrimage really bring home the notion that everyone involved expected that Jecht and Auron would live afterwards, but it resonates here so well in Braska reflections on his hopes for the future. His vision of Auron, Jecht, and Yuna living together in Besaid is beautiful and therefore heartbreaking. The whole piece touched me. Just a fine bit of writing. Thank you.
