Yeah, remember I said I liked Faramir?
Well, I still do (of course).
But I must say that I like Sean Bean. A LOT. So, in the movies, Boromir kind of edges up on Faramir for me.
Also, Viggo Mortensen is the shit as well. So Aragorn runs a close third.
By both of which statements I mean that the actors played their parts well and made me sympathize with the characters.
Specifically, one of my favourite Aragorn moments in the movie is near the end of Fellowship, after Boromir done been allfucktard human, when Aragorn finds Frodo and tells him he'd have gone with him all the way to the fires of Mordor. That was one one bit that was very well directed -- the reach of Aragorn hand, the looks in both their eyes, and Viggo's voice just about makes me tear up every time.
Sean Bean just kicks ass all around, so I'll just say his entire performance rocked. Plus, there is always his invisible telephone.
On the other hand, evil!Galadriel was cheesy. Really, really cheesy. But that's just me.
